Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Ensure solution security, performance, and scalability by following best practices.
- Manage integrations with other Dynamics 365 modules, such as Marketing and Sales, when applicable.
