We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical CRM Developer with 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse and strong engineering capability across customization, extension, integration. The role requires experience building AI-powered copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM customizations including entities/tables, forms, views, security roles, business rules, and workflows/BPF.
- Build and maintain server-side extensions (plugins/custom logic) and client-side scripting (JavaScript/web resources) using CRM SDK patterns.
- Develop and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using Web APIs / REST services and Azure-based integration approaches.
- Own technical delivery across the lifecycle from research to sustain/support.
- Create and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing conversational logic through topics and leveraging entities for structured extraction.
- Enable agent responses via generative AI capabilities such as summarizing content or generating answers grounded in configured knowledge sources.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse development.
- Strong engineering capability across customization, extension, and integration.
- Experience in building AI-powered copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of Power Platform connectors and integrating agents with business systems and data sources.
- Ability to deploy agents across channels based on solution needs.
