We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to lead the implementation of ServiceNow packages, with a strong background in custom app development and IT service management. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow's platform fundamentals, including Glide scripting, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax.
- Implement complex OOTB feature migrations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules.
- Develop and configure business rules scripts, UI policies, and update sets for application scope management.
- Manage CMDB data model table relationships, CI class hierarchy reconciliation rules, and event management rule authoring and grouping.
- Integrate ServiceNow with various systems and tools using REST/SOAP API design and integration Hub.
- Configure OAuth 2.0, Tanium API, Moveworks connector, BoomiDEX, Crowdstrike DDI, Juniper Mist, and other integrations.

Job Requirements

- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow's platform fundamentals, including Glide scripting,



GlideRecord, and GlideAjax.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and Now Assist prompt configuration is required.
- Familiarity with product-specific configuration, ITSM, Incident Change Knowledge lifecycle configuration, SLA design, Virtual Agent NLU, and GenAI integration.
- Understanding of ITOM, MID Server setup and credential management, Discovery pattern authoring, Service Mapping, Event Management rule authoring and grouping, HLA configuration, and Integration.
- Ability to work on complex OOTB migrations and autonomous integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
