We are looking for a skilled Oracle 11i EBS Lead Product Manager with 8-12 years of experience to oversee the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of Oracle EBusiness Suite EBS solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS 11i modules, strong product management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This position is based in Bangalore, requiring 3 days of working from the client office.

Roles and Responsibility

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oracle EBS 11i applications.
- Identify business opportunities to enhance product capabilities and align the product roadmap with business objectives and technology advancements.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle 11i EBS modules such as Financials and Procurement, providing hands-on configuration and accounting expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering architects and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to teams working on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Communicate product updates, changes, and enhancements effectively to all stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, driving continuous process improvements and ensuring system reliability.




- Stay updated with Oracle releases, patches, and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS 11i implementation support or product management.
- Deep understanding of EBS core modules including Financials, SCM, and Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL APIs, and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, Web Services, and Oracle Cloud integration.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle 11i architecture, workflows, and concurrent processing.
- Experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional - EBS Financials SCM) are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle R12 Cloud Fusion ERP and migration from R12 to Cloud is a plus.
