We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience to design, implement, and support transportation and logistics solutions using OTM. The ideal candidate will have strong transportation and logistics domain expertise, hands-on OTM configuration skills, and the ability to deliver large-scale Oracle Transportation Management implementations. This position is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

- Implement and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and manage transportation planning, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Develop and customize OTM workflows, agents, and integrations.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide consulting support.
- Lead or contribute to implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple locations and ensure high-quality project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements

- Strong experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Expertise in OTM Configuration Solution Design, Workflow Agent Development,



Logistics and Transportation Management, and Transportation Planning Optimization.
- Experience with TL, LTL, Rail Transportation Setup, Lane, Itinerary, Rate Offering Rate Record Setup, Service Provider, Contact Location Configuration, OTM Invoicing Process, Master Data Setup, and External Planning Engine Configuration.
- Positive knowledge of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, and the ability to analyze OTM logs and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with BI Reports and Macro development/enhancements.
- Large-scale OTM implementation projects.
- Integration with Oracle EBS and/or SAP.
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS) knowledge.
- Client-facing consulting experience.
- Global IT project delivery experience.
- Knowledge of the system implementation lifecycle including Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Development, Testing, Go-Live Support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work across global teams.
