Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the organization's enterprise network and security infrastructure.
- Plan, implement, validate, and document network changes while ensuring minimal business impact.
- Manage FortiGate Firewalls, HA clusters, Security Policies, NAT, IPS, SSL Inspection, Web Filtering, Application Control, and Security Fabric.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Fortinet SD-WAN, including complex routing, Performance SLA, traffic steering, policy-based routing (PBR), ISP failover, and multi-ISP environments.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot IPsec Site-to-Site VPNs, SSL VPNs, remote access VPNs, and FortiClient EMS.
- Configure and manage Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, and enterprise wireless Cisco controller and Access Point infrastructure .
- Troubleshoot Layer 3 connectivity issues across enterprise LAN, WAN, Internet, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Perform deep packet analysis using Wireshark, FortiGate Debug Flow, packet captures, and protocol analysis to resolve network and application issues.
- Support enterprise VoIP and Microsoft 365 telephony services,



including SIP, RTP, QoS, DSCP, call routing, latency, jitter, packet loss, and voice quality troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP, MTU, and application connectivity issues across enterprise environments.
- Partner with Cloud and Application teams to provide network, firewall, DNS, VPN, load balancing, and connectivity support for application deployments and production environments.
- Monitor the health, availability, capacity, and performance of enterprise network and security infrastructure using FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, SNMP, Syslog, and network monitoring platforms.
- Own incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management, and continuous infrastructure improvements for production environments.
- Coordinate with ISPs, telecom providers, cloud vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve network and security incidents.
- Execute firmware upgrades, security hardening, disaster recovery testing, lifecycle management, and network optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, HLD/LLD diagrams, SOPs, configuration backups, and asset inventory.
