We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Systems Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial accounting, data analysis, and ERP implementation.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with in-market finance and business stakeholders to understand and analyze legacy financial structures.
- Guide and support markets in mapping their local data to Client FDM in Workday, ensuring alignment with core concepts like Cost Centres and Revenue Spend Categories.
- Act as a key point of contact for our markets during critical data conversion cycles, coordinating between them and our implementation partner.
- Provide expert guidance on the functional requirements for completing Data Gathering workbooks and DGWs.
- Assist in troubleshooting data quality issues to ensure timely and successful data loads.
- Conduct fit gap analysis sessions to understand market-specific reporting needs and demonstrate how they can be met through standardized reports and dashboards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business information systems,
or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial systems ERP implementation or data analysis.
- Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles, Chart of Accounts, and PL structure.
- Demonstrable experience with large datasets and a solid grasp of data quality and governance concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Direct experience with Workday Financials, particularly with its Foundation Data Model FDM, and concepts like work tags.
- Experience in a previous data migration or ERP implementation project, preferably in a large multinational organization.
