We are looking for a skilled ClearCase Administrator with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM ClearCase administration and architecture. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in ClearCase installation, configuration, and server setup.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and administer ClearCase servers, including migration and domain migration activities.
- Perform VOB Versioned Object Base migration, view migration, and dynamic snapshot views.
- Troubleshoot build issues, replication issues, and performance and repository-related problems.
- Automate administrative tasks using Batch scripting and PowerShell scripting.
- Conduct root cause analysis and handle critical production issues.
- Define migration approach, risk mitigation, and rollback strategies.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM ClearCase administration and architecture.
- Solid expertise in ClearCase installation, configuration, and server setup.
- Proven experience in server migration and domain migration activities.
- Deep knowledge of ClearCase MultiSite architecture and replication.




- Ability to perform root cause analysis and handle critical production issues.
- Experience in defining migration approach, risk mitigation, and rollback strategies.
- Good understanding of branching strategies and version control best practices.
- Knowledge of SCM governance compliance and enterprise standards.
- Added advantage: Experience working in large enterprise or distributed MultiSite environments.
- Exposure to migrating from ClearCase to modern SCM tools like Git/SVN.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance tuning tools.
- Ability to define and implement SCM governance frameworks and best practices.
- Solid stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in audit/compliance environments and QMS process-driven projects aligning well with your team's usual work areas.
