Job Title: General Manager Technical- Breweries/Beer Industries

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery BEER Plant Technical Head to oversee our beverage production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining high-quality production standards, and leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee product safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is operational and compliant with safety regulations.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on production metrics, safety incidents, and operational improvements to senior management.

- Installation & Commissioning of all Line Equipments : - Filling Machine, Ergo-Block, Mixer, all pumps, Blowing, Labeler, Shrink Wrapper, Palletizer, Conveyor, Pasteurizer etc.

- Installation & Commissioning of all utility Equipments Like: - Air Compressor LP & HP, Boiler, Refrigeration Plant, CO2 Storage, Diesel Generator, AHU, cooling tower etc.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all Line Equipments Like: - Filling Machine, Mixer, all pumps, Blowing, Labeler, Shrink Wrapper, Palletizer, Conveyor, Pasteurizer etc.

- Operation,



Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all utility Equipments Like: - Air Compressor LP & HP, Boiler, Refrigeration Plant, CO2 generation Plant, Diesel Generator, AHU, cooling tower, ETP, WTP etc.

- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Process Area Like: - All Pumps, Concentrate Mixer, Agitator, Gearbox, Actuator Valves, Pneumatic Control System, CIP Pumps, CIP Control System, Sugar Dumping, Sugar Mixing, Homoniger etc.
- General Maintenance: - All Area Pipe Line, Fire Fitting System, Canteen Block, Medical Block, Changing Block (Clothes washing & dryer system) etc.
- Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance of all machines.
- Directly responsible for production in shift.
- Directly responsible for attending all types of break downs & troubleshooting.
- Responsible for all production line & utility machinery for better production.
- Responsible for annual maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma Mechanical
- Minimum of [12+] years of experience in plant management within the beverages or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of beverage processing equipment and technologies.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Operation and maintenance of all Utilities & production line equipment’s such as Air compressor, Boiler unit, Refrigeration Units, Cooling tower, AHU, All types Pump, ETP, WTP, filler, blow molding, labeler Shrink Wrap. Palletizer etc.
- Daily break down analysis and making RCA & CAP.
- Making Pareto Analysis for better Root Couse of Down Times.
- Handling a team of around 45 persons including Utilities operators, fitters and electricians.
