We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, Coimbatore, or open to any LTM locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation and process improvement.
Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design future-state process roadmaps to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end performance.
- Document current processes including workflow diagrams, data flowcharts, and process maps to provide a clear understanding of the current state.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of process changes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments acting as the primary subject matter expert for process improvements.
- Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Own the change management lifecycle including developing and executing communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and analytical skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in managing end-to-end cross-functional process improvement projects independently.
- Lean Six Sigma experience/certification and ability to facilitate successful Kaizen workshops.
- Intermediate proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
- Proven change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
- Interest/affinity for technology and willingness to use existing knowledge to rapidly learn new processes.
- Proficient at quickly developing and sustaining close working relationships with users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience i.e., users, vendors, management, colleagues, and produce clear and concise written documentation.
- Proven ability to review, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High ability to simultaneously perform a variety of complicated tasks and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus on complex process decisions.
- Ability to methodically identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems using systematic approaches with well-documented supportable methodologies and creative and independent thinking resulting in measurable ROI.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, report, deliver, and support automated solutions for multiple applications within agreed timelines and overlapping schedules.
