We are looking for a skilled AI Software Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to support the design, development, and evolution of modern web applications with embedded AI capabilities. The role is based in Hyderabad or Coimbatore, or open to any LTM locations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a robust focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
- Build AI-enabled features such as assistants, semantic search, classification, extraction, and content generation.
- Integrate LLMs APIs and AI services into existing product and system landscapes.
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend components, including data flows and interfaces.
- Create robust prompt agent and workflow architectures for production use cases.
- Analyze existing applications, identify technical debt, and support refactoring and modernization.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, product management, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Utilize AI coding agents daily to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, test generation, and documentation.

Job Requirements





- Strong knowledge of at least one common frontend framework and one modern backend stack.
- Experience with API design, data modeling, authentication, observability, and deployment processes.
- Practical experience with AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, or agentic development workflows.
- Strong debugging, testing, and code quality skills.
- Structured analytical working style with high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Fluent English is required; good German is an advantage.
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field relevant experience may substitute.
