Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the development and maintenance of secure architecture frameworks for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Oversee the engineering and integration of security controls across platforms, including identity and access management, network security, endpoint protection, and data security.
- Champion automation and secure-by-design principles to ensure alignment with industry standards like NIST and ISO 27001.
- Provide technical oversight for incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
- Drive the secure design and operation of critical technology platforms by collaborating with platform owners and engineering teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders, translating technical risks into actionable business recommendations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of security architects and engineers, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and threats, recommending enhancements to security architecture and engineering practices,



while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Implement governance, risk, and responsible AI strategies, and manage operating model changes.
- Engage stakeholders through effective communication and act as a trusted advisor to challenge constructively and drive decisions.

Job Requirements

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity architecture, technical engineering leadership, and incident response.
- Experience in driving the secure design and operation of critical technology platforms.
- Ability to translate technical risks into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team of security architects and engineers.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, evaluating emerging technologies and threats to recommend enhancements to security architecture and engineering practices.
- A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required.
