The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English speaking and writing.

Roles and Responsibility

- Support dealers across markets with business-critical solutions under Sales and After-Sales domains.
- Work mostly from the office, including rotational shifts such as Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
- Provide technical expertise and support to global stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems using ITSM tools like Service NOW and SQL.





Job Requirements

- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills.
- Flexible to work in 24x5 shifts, including rotational shifts.
- Experience working with global stakeholders is essential.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service NOW and SQL is required.
- PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
- Solid stakeholder management skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A graduate degree is required.
