We are looking for a skilled PLM Solution Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our team in designing and implementing creative solutions using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional leadership, solution architecture, and process assessments.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, process assessments, and fitgap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Define and optimize PLM business processes, including Product Data Management, BOM Management, Change Configuration Management, Document Management, Requirements Management, and Manufacturing Process Management.
- Develop PLM roadmaps, governance models, and operating procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Align business requirements with Teamcenter standard capabilities and best practices to support process harmonization across global engineering organizations.
- Create architecture blueprints, functional specifications, and technical design documents to define end-to-end Teamcenter solution architecture and deployment strategy.
- Architect scalable, secure,
and high-performing Teamcenter environments that meet the needs of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Product Data Management, BOM Management, Change Configuration Management, Document Management, Requirements Management, and Manufacturing Process Management.
- Experience in defining integration and Digital Thread strategies across enterprise applications.
- Ability to conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to support business process harmonization across global engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter standard capabilities and best practices.
