Job Summary
PropChk is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Trainer to lead the technical training and
capability
development of Civil and MEP engineers. The role will be responsible for enhancing engineers'
technical
knowledge, improving inspection and audit skills, standardizing quality practices, and driving
continuous
learning initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Develop and implement technical training programs for Civil and MEP engineers.

Conduct induction, refresher , and advanced-level technical training sessions.
Prepare annual training calendars and competency development plans.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and practical site-based training programs.
Identify competency gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
Technical Training
Train engineers on RCC works, reinforcement inspection, concrete quality, shuttering/formwork,
and
structural inspections.
Conduct training on masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing works, and quality
control procedures.
Provide training on Mivan construction technology and quality checkpoints.
Train engineers on drawing interpretation, specifications, inspection methodologies, and audit
practices.
Develop awareness of MEP systems and coordination requirements.
Assessment & Mentoring
Conduct technical assessments and competency evaluations.
Mentor and coach engineers to improve technical performance.




Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvement actions.
Support certification and skill development initiatives.
Knowledge Management
Develop training manuals, SOPs, technical guides, checklists, presentations, and assessment
materials.
Create and maintain a centralized technical knowledge repository.
Share best practices and lessons learned across engineering teams.
Reporting
Submit monthly training reports and competency development updates to Head Office.
Track training attendance, assessment scores, certifications, and effectiveness metrics.
Present training outcomes and improvement plans to management.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil Construction, QA/QC, Third-Party Inspection, Technical
Audits, Quality Management, or Project Execution.
Experience in training, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
Strong exposure to residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
Experience in Mivan construction technology and quality inspection practices.
Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and quality standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
Leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.

Role Objective
