About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-impact product features.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing product lifecycles, gathering requirements, and working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable features.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions.
- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
- Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.
- Track product development timelines and ensure timely feature releases.




- Monitor product performance using data and customer insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvements by identifying product and process enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Product Management, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar project management tools.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or technology product company is preferred.
