Role & responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical and emotional health.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants or junior nursing staff when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold qualified nursing standards.
