We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer with 5 to 10 years of skilled software engineering experience to join our team. The role focuses on designing, building, and improving backend capabilities for LLM-based agents retrieval, augmented generation, RAG document processing, image processing, ETL workflows, APIs, reusable services, and data pipelines that support modern digital products.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and maintain production-ready backend services for AI-enabled digital products and internal tools.
- Build and evolve LLM-based agents, RAG workflows, and tool calling patterns.
- Evaluate AI workflow quality, retrieval effectiveness, prompt behavior, and output consistency using testing diagnostics and feedback loops.
- Develop pipelines and services for document ingestion, parsing, classification, extraction, transformation, and output generation.
- Work with image processing and multimodal document workflows, including OCR metadata extraction, content enrichment, and downstream automation.
- Build and maintain ETL and data transformation workflows for structured, semistructured, and unstructured content.
- Develop backend services using TypeScript and/or Python and related frameworks.
- Build API-driven microservices and integrations that connect agents, applications, data sources, and downstream systems.
- Package services and workflows for reliable deployment using containerized applications where appropriate.
- Collaborate with product, application, data, and cloud engineers to define schemas, prompts, tools, APIs, data contracts, SDKs, and reusable components.
- Provide technical guidance to other developers by reviewing designs, sharing implementation patterns, and helping teams make pragmatic architecture decisions.
- Partner with application and cloud engineers to integrate capabilities into product deployment flows and operational processes.
- Support observability, diagnostics,



monitoring, and quality checks for agent workflows, document pipelines, ETL jobs, and backend services.
- Identify and resolve integration reliability and performance issues that affect application delivery and user-facing workflows.
- Contribute to documentation, examples, and shared patterns that help application teams adopt capabilities effectively.
- This role is a senior individual contributor position for a hands-on software developer who can independently deliver complex backend systems, influence technical direction, and help application teams turn AI, document processing, and data capabilities into reliable product features.
- Application teams can more easily use AI, agent RAG, document processing, ETL, and integration capabilities in their products.
- Document ingestion, storage, transformation, and workflow processing flows are well-structured, observable, and resilient.

Job Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including experience delivering backend services or data-intensive applications in production environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled application patterns such as RAG, prompt-driven workflows, LLM integrations, or agent-based automation.
- Strong experience building backend services using TypeScript and/or Python and related frameworks.
- Experience with API-driven microservices and integrations that connect agents, applications, data sources, and downstream systems.
- Ability to package services and workflows for reliable deployment using containerized applications where appropriate.
- Experience collaborating with product, application, data, and cloud engineers to define schemas, prompts, tools, APIs, data contracts, SDKs, and reusable components.
