Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring of delivery executives for our logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery boys through field activities and local recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bulk hiring for delivery executives (bike riders, parcel delivery agents).

Source candidates through field recruitment, job portals, references, and local networks.

Visit hotspots like transport hubs, petrol pumps, marketplaces, and residential areas for candidate sourcing.

Screen candidates based on eligibility (license, vehicle, documents, etc.).

Ensure timely onboarding and document verification.





Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring data.

Build and maintain a pipeline of delivery candidates.

Coordinate with internal and external team to understand manpower requirements.

Handle delivery boys queries and provide accurate job information.

Required Skills:

Experience in bulk hiring, especially delivery executives or blue-collar workforce.

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of local areas and sourcing strategies.

Ability to work in the field and meet hiring targets.
