- Sales support for all markets of Europe or US (GDS, CMS, Peptides for APIs and Intermediates).
- Interactions with stakeholders including the business leaders, managers, & other cross-functional teams and updating them accordingly.
- Assist the accounting department by preparing and emailing invoices to various customers for payment remittance and addressing any discrepancies•
- Liaised with customers/ appropriate team to inform them on the current status of the project and also communicating any changes to plan through status reporting and recurring project meetings to ensure smooth deliveries•
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and set priorities for products/projects, continuously monitoring each project.
- Monitored sales team performance, analyzed sales data and reported information to area managers•
- Attending meetings, teleconferences, preparing minutes of meeting and sending updates to the customers. Follow up for the further proceedings.
- Acting as a SPOC between the customer and the internal team.



Providing updates of the meetings to the relevant customer•
- Closely Monitoring (Daily Quote Tracker) and reporting to the managers on need basis•
- Drafting the purchase orders as per the requirements of the client by coordinating within the license team•
- Initiate Orders on approval of proposals with the respective teams
- Ensure all backend activities pertaining to shipment are completed on SAP Production. Address any challenges in the procedure with the help of IT team.
- Handling Shipping Documentation & Dispatch activity
- Prepare post shipment documentation, issue invoice & track payments.
- Work in line SCM to ensure timely procurement of Raw materials required for the order.
- Provide information to customer about licensing and purchase orders
- Help in logistics of customer visits / audits in coordination with plant team
- Responding to customer requests
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
