Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. to source and screen qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up on candidate feedback.
- Source a minimum of 1-5 candidate profiles daily, meeting daily sourcing targets
- Meet individual hiring and billing targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Update and maintain data on daily basis.Role & responsibilities
