We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with 5-15 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 to 15 years of experience in the IT industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Hands-on experience in implementing ITSM CMDB, HRIS, and other related modules.
- Experience with Client and Server APIs, including GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and GlideRecord.
- Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, import sets, transform maps, and bidirectional integrations via REST and SOAP.
- Experience in setting up MID server and configuring integrations with third-party systems for data population and monitoring.
- Participation in build activities, peer reviews, and technical validation.
- Documenting technical details and release notes.
- Working on bug fixes and core platform developments.
- Familiarity with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration using SOAP, WSDL, and REST.
- Providing software coding and customization, including data imports, integration scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development.
- Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), B2B, etc.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Administration certification,



ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification, ITSM various tracks.
