We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Cloud Infra Management team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud management roles.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including Arista, HP, Juniper, and Cisco DC/Branch Routers and Switches.
- Oversee the operational health, performance, and support of Avaya and Genesys Contact-Center environments.
- Provide expert-level support and administration for cloud infrastructure services across AWS and Azure platforms.
- Design, implement, and optimize network solutions, including proficiency in Cisco SDN network administration.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced issues spanning compute, networking, storage, and identity within cloud and on-premise environments.
- Lead and participate in major incident management, including root cause analysis, problem resolution, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks for infrastructure and cloud services.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of all infrastructure components.
- Implement and enforce robust security best practices across network and cloud infrastructure to protect organizational assets.




- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for infrastructure reliability, efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

- Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting Arista DC/Branch Routers and Switches.
- Solid operational experience with Avaya Contact-Center and Genesys Contact-Center platforms.
- Proficiency in the administration and maintenance of HP DC/Branchs Routers and Switches.
- Demonstrated skill in configuring and managing Juniper DC/Branches Routers and Switches.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Infra Services is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Infra Services is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cisco DC/Branches Routers Switches is preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco SDN network administration is preferred.
