- Perform Verification & Validation (V&V;) testing of biochemistry and CLIA systems.
- Conduct performance testing using samples, controls, and standards.
- Execute sample testing manually and on analyzers.
- Prepare and maintain test reports as per defined protocols.
- Ensure accurate documentation and quality of test results.
- Coordinate with R&D;, QC, and Product Management teams.
- Support testing activities at laboratories and hospitals, as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- DMLT qualification preferred.
- 02 years of laboratory experience using biochemistry and CLIA analyzers.
- Solid knowledge of laboratory testing, documentation, and quality procedures.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
