Role Summary-
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for the timely procurement of primary and secondary packaging materials required for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order processing, delivery coordination, and inventory management while ensuring uninterrupted material availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and Planning teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Procure primary & secondary packaging materials.
2. Manage vendor sourcing and negotiations.
3. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
4. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Stores.
5. Ensure timely material availability and inventory control.

Required Skills-

1. Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging materials (blister foils, aluminium foils, PVC/PVDC films, cartons, labels, leaflets, shippers, BOPP tapes, etc.)
