Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified property enquiries through digital channels while optimising marketing spend.

You will work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

Location Preference: Goa or Navi Mumbai (candidates willing to relocate will also be considered).

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve lead quality while reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Create and optimise project landing pages to maximise enquiry conversions.
- Implement SEO best practices, manage Google Business Profile, and improve organic visibility.
- Coordinate property photos, videos and digital creatives for marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing content for social media, WhatsApp and project promotions.
- Track campaign performance, website traffic and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.




- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage website enquiry forms, Google Workspace tools and basic marketing automations.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, site visits and overall campaign performance.
- Experience in setting up and improving performance marketing processes, lead management workflows, reporting dashboards, and marketing automations is a strong advantage.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of SEO, Google Analytics 4, and landing page optimisation.
- Experience using Canva and basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on measurable business results.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
