Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Hire to Retire (H2R) Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of H2R processes and hands-on experience with key SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on end-to-end Hire to Retire (H2R) processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and production support projects.
- Configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, and termination.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless H2R process integration.
- Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA or other third-party systems.
- Support data migration, data validation, testing, and defect resolution.




- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations using Integration Center, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, or other integration technologies.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of Hire to Retire (H2R) business processes.
- Hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting Management
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- Learning

- Strong knowledge of Employee Central and employee lifecycle processes is preferred.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation/support projects.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data exchange mechanisms.
- Valuable understanding of HR business processes and HR master data.
- Experience with testing, defect management, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global stakeholders.
