Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive employer brand.

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees at all levels.

- Oversee employee welfare initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition schemes, and other advantages.

- Analyze data to identify trends in employee retention rates and develop action plans to improve them.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex industrial relations issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in human resources or related field (BHR).

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.

- Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
