Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our US Mortgage Operations team. The selected candidates will receive training on the US mortgage process and will be responsible for handling mortgage-related documentation, data verification, and other operational activities while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand the US Mortgage Loan Process and its various stages.
- Review and verify mortgage-related documents and borrower information.
- Perform data entry and update loan information in internal systems.
- Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation-related issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client-specific guidelines.




- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Meet daily and monthly process targets and quality standards.
- Escalate discrepancies or issues to the concerned team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Be willing to work in US shifts / night shifts as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Candidates with a background in Banking, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration will be preferred but are not mandatory.
