Job Title: Technical Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while leading the product development team to ensure high-quality, timely, and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, backlog refinement, and daily Agile ceremonies to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or blockers, and drive timely resolution to meet sprint and release commitments.
- Review code, enforce development best practices, and maintain high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate innovative approaches,



including AI-powered capabilities, to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in .NET application development.
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with third-party UI controls such as Telerik and Kendo UI.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, Git/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within committed timelines while managing competing priorities.
- Exposure to AI-powered solutions or AI-assisted development in recent projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
