Position- Desktop support

Notice Period- Immediate

Experience- Fresher to 1 Year

Location Panipat

Shift – 6 days working and general shift

Bike is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
- Configure email clients and assist users with email-related issues.
- Support users with password resets and basic account management.
- Perform system health checks and routine maintenance.
- Replace faulty hardware components when required.




- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Provide prompt and professional technical support to end users.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
