- Implementation Support: Facilitate execution of clean air interventions in line with the state strategy and provide support wherever needed
- Advisory and Strategy Alignment: Provide district-specific advisory to departments and ensure alignment with the overall state-level air quality strategy
- District Strategy Design: Help design and adapt implementation plans and action points for the district based on local priorities, capacities, and pollution sources
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track departmental progress against targets, flag implementation bottlenecks, and prepare progress reports
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with the DC office, Pollution Control Board, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Agriculture, Transport, and other line departments at the district level for project convergence
- Capacity Building and Awareness: Support project with trainings, review meetings, and awareness activities in coordination with IEC partners and line departments
- Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices, challenges, and field insights for internal learning and project course-correction

C. Qualification Criteria: Bachelors degree from a recognised University or Qualified Institution recognised by Government.
D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 3 years relevant work experience. Candidates who have qualified for the interview stage of the UPSC Civil Services Examination in the preceding 8 calendar years will be preferred.
