- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 8-13 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C# and WPF.
- Solid understanding of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) architecture and its components.
- Proven track record of leading or managing .NET development teams for at least 2 years.
