Job Summary: We are looking for an AI Platform Support Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise AI platform. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in application support, technical troubleshooting, production support, and enterprise AI tools. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, IT, and Business teams to ensure a seamless user experience while driving the adoption of Generative AI technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for enterprise AI platforms and resolve user-reported issues.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, system errors, and enhancement requests.
- Manage the complete incident lifecycle, including ticket creation, prioritization, escalation, resolution, and closure using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering with detailed root cause analysis and supporting documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements to improve platform reliability and user experience.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT Support, and Business stakeholders during feature releases, testing, and production deployments.




- Assist end users in adopting enterprise AI capabilities by providing guidance, best practices, and platform training.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI technologies.

Required Skills

- 25 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Production Support, Platform Operations, or related roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting AI or automation platforms.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Experience working in Healthcare, Financial Services, or other enterprise environments.
