What would you do

- The Reporting Analytics Lead is responsible for leading the development, preparation, and delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports within and outside client systems such as Workday. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in advanced Excel-based reporting and automation, combined with leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. The incumbent will drive high-quality MIS reporting, enable data-driven decision-making, support delivery excellence, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across reporting outputs. Talent HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.

- Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and version control standards
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure aligned and seamless delivery"
