Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise technology projects across multiple business and technology domains. This role requires a highly adaptable professional who is technology and application agnostic, with the ability to manage initiatives involving ERP, CRM, Salesforce, eCommerce, cloud, infrastructure, database migration, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, integrations, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess solid project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, financial management, and leadership capabilities while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
- Manage enterprise programs involving:
- ERP Implementation
- Salesforce & CRM
- eCommerce Platforms
- Cloud Migration
- Database Migration
- Infrastructure Projects
- Enterprise Applications
- System Integrations
- Cybersecurity Initiatives
- Digital Transformation Programs

- Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, RAID logs, governance documents, and project financials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders,



technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and change requests.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, SDLC processes, compliance, security, and quality standards.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, budget utilization, benefits realization, and overall project health.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Quickly understand new technologies and business domains to effectively lead project delivery.
- Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to PMO process improvements and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects.
