About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in Bulk Hiring and Retail Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and retail hiring requirements.
- • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Meet recruitment targets and adhere to defined hiring SLAs.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk hiring and retail recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
