Post : Logistics Executive

Location : Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 2 years

Salary : 25K

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Weekly Off : Friday

Job Profile

- Check incoming raw materials and verify delivery challans against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with security/gatekeeper to ensure smooth vehicle entry and movement.
- Review daily dispatch plans and follow up with contracted transporters to ensure the required trucks/tempos arrive at the plant on time.
- Oversee the physical loading of finished goods and ensure trucks are safely sealed and tarped before exiting.
- Generate exact E-way bills, tax invoices, and packing lists using the ERP system.
- Compile and email the Daily Dispatch Report (DDR) showing target vs. actual shipments to management.

Key Skills & Requirements

- ERP & Documentation:



Experience in ERP systems for generating Invoices, E-way bills, and Packing Lists.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Good communication skills to liaise with transporters and gate security.
- Dispatch Operations: Sound understanding of load verification, truck loading, and material safety.
- Reporting: Ability to maintain daily dispatch reports and track inventory movement accurately.
