As our Network Support Specialist, you'll be working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, and will use your analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And with the ever-changing nature of technology, you'll be constantly learning and growing in your role.

You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers. Youll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. You will also be providing user support for network-related issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible.

Required Skills and Experience

- Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Strong firewall policy and NAT knowledge
- Hands-on IPsec and remote access VPN experience
- Packet analysis skills
- Centralized firewall management experience
- 3 5 years firewall or network security operations experience

Preferred Skills and Experience

- CCNP Security/Enterprise
- Ansible Automation exposure
- Change management experience
