Hiring: US Tax Calling Associate (Night Shift) | Freshers Welcome

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our growing team as US Tax Calling Associates. If you have strong communication skills, are comfortable working night shifts, and are eager to build a career in the US Tax process, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and inbound calls to US-based clients regarding tax-related queries.
- Assist clients with tax filing status, required documents, and process updates.
- Explain basic tax terms, deadlines, and requirements clearly.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/tracking systems.
- Follow up on pending cases and support timely resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome; prior US Tax Process or Tax Calling experience is a plus.




- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of US tax terms such as W-2, 1099, and IRS is preferred; training will be provided.
- Strong customer-service, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
- Basic computer, MS Office, and CRM knowledge.

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Location: Hyderabad preferred
Salary: As per company standards + incentives
