JOB TITLE - SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
LOCATION - JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects and residential, commercial and other development projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and management to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, supervise, and monitor construction activities from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,and safety requirements.
- Verify contractor bills and monitor material consumption.
- Assist in tendering, contractor selection,



and procurement activities.
- Ensure statutory approvals and project documentation are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in buildinconstruction,industrial,commercial,or infrastructure projects
- Experience in Build-to-Suit (BTS), warehouses, industrial sheds, or commercial developments will be preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
