We are looking for a Lead Full-stack Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend development to play a crucial role in the planning, preparation, and development of software for a key platform. This position requires an experienced engineer who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end SDLC: architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable and performant APIs and front-end applications.
- Produce detailed technical designs and participate in design/code walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver quality features.
- Ensure code quality through test-driven development and code reviews.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production and pre-production environments.




- Define blueprints for APIs, agents, and pipelines to enable dynamic, context-aware AI decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

What Were Looking For
- Expert-level in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: React.js or Angular.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
- Hands-on experience on any version control tools like GIT.
- Positive experience with relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
