Operations Manager – Travel & Tourism

Location: Noida
Experience: 2-3 years (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Operations preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage day-to-day travel operations, including hotel coordination, vendor management, booking processes, and ensuring smooth execution of customer travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in the travel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end travel operations including bookings, confirmations, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity partners, and other vendors for smooth trip execution
- Negotiate with vendors for rates, availability, and service quality
- Handle hotel reservations, room allocations, amendments, and cancellations
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers, sales team, and service partners
- Maintain and update booking records, operational reports, and documentation
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations efficiently




- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong partner relationships
- Support the sales team with availability, pricing, and operational feasibility of packages
- Ensure all travel arrangements are executed as per company standards and customer expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in travel operations, tour operations, hospitality, or related industry
- Strong experience in hotel coordination and vendor management
- Good understanding of travel bookings, itineraries, and operational processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, booking tools, and operational software preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, or hospitality companies
- Strong vendor network and knowledge of domestic/international travel operations
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle time-sensitive situations
