Role Summary

We are hiring a Product Presales Manager to drive solutioning and support sales for IT Infrastructure Managed Services. The role focuses on designing end-to-end infrastructure solutions and leading presales for enterprise and PSU clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & present IT infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Cloud, Networking, Security)
- Gather requirements and provide technical consulting to clients
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, BOM, and SOW creation
- Work closely with sales & delivery teams for solutioning and costing
- Manage OEM relationships (Oracle,



HPE, Dell, IBM, NetApp, etc.)
- Drive large deal presales and support revenue growth
- Lead/mentor presales teams and handle customer engagements

Requirements

- Experience: 1012 years in IT Infrastructure Presales
- Robust expertise in Server, Storage, HCI, Private Cloud, Backup/Recovery
- Experience with OEMs like Cisco, Oracle, HPE, Dell, IBM, Nutanix, NetApp
- Strong techno-commercial, RFP, and solutioning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Willing to travel
