HR Executive (Experienced)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across core HR functions, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of handling confidential employee and organizational information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Assist in performance management, confirmations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Organize employee training and development initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Handle sensitive HR matters with discretion,



professionalism, and sound judgment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (Hospitality industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
