Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP qualified to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Design & Tendering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in estimation, tendering, and coordination across MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering and estimation for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Develop techno-commercial proposals
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 4–8 years of experience in MEP tendering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
