We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers, IT Support Engineers, and Field Support Engineers with 1+ year of experience to provide onsite technical support.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of Desktop/Field Support experience
- Own Bike (Mandatory)
- Valid Driving Licence (Mandatory)
- Comfortable with field support
- Immediate or Short Notice candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
- Windows 10/11 Installation & Configuration
- Hardware Installation & Replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, Motherboard, Keyboard, Battery, Display)
- Printer Installation & Troubleshooting
- Basic Network Troubleshooting (LAN, IP Configuration, Wi-Fi, Switch Connectivity)




- Active Directory User Support
- Office 365 & Outlook Support
- ITSM Ticket Handling (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, Freshservice)
- Asset Management & Vendor Coordination

Preferred Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a field support environment
