Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Present company services and prepare proposals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets




- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM updates
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and business networking events when required

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding services preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualification

- MBA Preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply
