About Zaroda

Zaroda is a design-led furniture and objects brand bringing together considered furniture, sculptural pieces, custom sourcing, and spaces with character. We work directly with specialist workshops and makers to make great design more accessible.

We are building an in-house creative studio in Hyderabad and are looking for a sharp, design-aware Content & Social Media Lead to shape how Zaroda looks, sounds, and feels online.

What you will do

* Own Zaroda’s Instagram content strategy and monthly content calendar.

* Plan and execute reels, carousels, stories, campaigns, launches, and founder-led content.

* Turn products, showroom moments, workshops, sourcing, materials, and interiors into strong daily content.

* Write captions, product stories, campaign copy, and Instagram story text in Zaroda’s voice.

* Coordinate closely with the videographer, designer, Shopify executive, and founder.

* Manage posting schedules, comments, DMs, basic community engagement, and creator collaborations.

* Track performance: reach, saves, shares, website clicks, enquiries, and content formats that work.

* Bring fresh references from interiors,



fashion, hospitality, architecture, art, and culture.

What we are looking for

* 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, brand marketing, or creative direction.

* A strong personal eye for interiors, furniture, fashion, architecture, design, or hospitality.

* Someone who understands the difference between generic “social media posts” and a proper design brand.

* Robust writing and communication skills in English.

* Comfortable directing shoots, working fast, and taking ownership.

* Experience with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, and basic analytics.

* A portfolio or Instagram account that shows strong taste is essential.

This role is not for you if

* Your work is mostly festival posts, generic templates, motivational content, or real-estate-style graphics.

* You need every reel, caption, and idea to be dictated to you.
