Client Communication: Handle inbound/outbound calls and meetings in fluent Tamil to explain company products and services.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain solid, lasting relationships with customers to ensure high retention and loyalty.Query Resolution: Listen to customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues promptly.Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and pitch relevant services (e.g., banking products, credit cards, or health insurance) to meet or exceed sales targets.Documentation: Log all customer interactions, process orders, and maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
